Maui Beach Weddings

A beach wedding in Maui, the number one island destination for 13 years according to Conde Naste readers, is incredibly romantic and beautiful. The beaches in Maui are well known and there are relatively few beaches that are not very well used. A long time resident of Maui will know which beaches are little used, ones that will afford more privacy for the wedding couple. Since the beaches are all public, beachgoers and possibly other wedding couples, may be present during your wedding. It is a first-come-first-served situation. We never ask people to move because they were there first and Maui experiences over 8000 wedding per year. We need to be respectful of the folks relaxing on their day off. The wedding planners at Marry Me Maui are familiar with the most secluded and accessible public beaches on Maui and can arrange for your romantic Maui wedding at one of them. Remote Maui Beaches

The larger resort areas of Maui, especially kaanapali Beach, are very crowded and busy places. Multi story hotels and condos along with beach vendors and hotel cabanas line the beach beckoning tourists. A wedding here is a less than private affair. While all the beached on Maui are public, some, like Ironwoods beach in Kapalua are unknown to all but the locals and offer a wild and pristine environment for an intimate ceremony.

Maui wedding Locations

On a beautiful tropical paradise like Maui, choosing a location is difficult because we have so many choices! All of Hawaii's beaches are public and access to them is usually very good. The only drawback to a public beach wedding is other people and the slim possibility of rain. Fortunately there are dozens of private locations to choose from for any budget. From 4 star hotels to oceanfront private estates, Maui offers some of the finest destination wedding locations on the planet.

Maui Wedding Flowers

The tropical environment on Maui produces a rainbow mix of flowers. The scent of Pikake around the brides neck exudes the essence of hawaii. A Maile lei, once reserved only for the Alii, is worn by the groom, often entwined with a scented flower. The bride's bouquet can be as subtle or dynamic as she wishes, incorporating both traditional flowers such as roses or the exotic touch of Bird of Paradise or Protea. Whatever you choose for your wedding flowers, be sure you are working with a professional florist. Marry Me Maui Wedding Planners works with a professional, custom florist who can create a work of art from flowers to your specifications.
